October 19, 2024 at 6:52 PMI visited Ladurée Covent Garden this week, hoping to purchase some macarons for my children, who absolutely adore them. Unfortunately, the service I received was disappointing.
Despite being the only customers in the shop, the attitude of the shopkeeper made us feel like we were a bother. Many of the flavours were sold out, which was frustrating, but it was her dismissive demeanour that left the most lasting impression.
Is a basic level of politeness too much to ask for? I’ve visited other Ladurée locations and have always had positive experiences. I urge Ladurée UK to review their customer service training to ensure that all customers feel valued, regardless of the size of their order.
